REST API & Webhooks

Ekho's RESTful API enables real-time data exchange between Ekho and any external system. Push and pull inventory, customers, deals, and compliance data programmatically to build custom integrations tailored to your workflow. Subscribe to webhooks to receive instant POST notifications whenever key events happen — new deals, inventory changes, payment completions, document signatures, and more — so your systems stay in sync without polling.

Generate API keys from Settings → API & Integrations. Review the API documentation for available endpoints, authentication, and rate limits. To set up webhooks, go to Settings → API & Integrations → Webhooks, select the events you want to subscribe to, and enter your endpoint URL. Ekho sends a signed POST request with event data to your URL in real time, with automatic retries on failure.
